Let's shake thinks up a bit this week with The Dirty Girl Martini. A perfect cocktail to get you ready for the weekend! What makes this cocktail so dirty? If you have to ask....
Here's what you need:
4 oz. Gin, chilled
2 Tbs. Dry Vermouth, chilled
4 Tbs. Dirty Sue Olive Juice, chilled
6-8 feta-stuffed green olives, chilled
Ice
Freezer chill two Martini glasses.
In a shaker or pitcher, add gin, vermouth, olive juice, 2 olives and ice. Shake or stir quickly. (This drink is cloudy by nature.) Strain into chilled glasses, garnish with remaining olives. Yummy! Pairs perfectly with a late night of MadMen on DVD!
